The theme? Fractions and flags! Students transformed into budding vexillologists as they learned how to break down flag designs into fractional parts, uncovering the mathematical beauty hidden in these colourful symbols.

The students were fantastic throughout and hopefully went away with not only more confidence in their mathematical ability, but also a new word in their vocabulary!
