For IT support please email your query to office

Password resets

To help us to deal with your request promptly please state:

  • Which system you require a password reset for (for example, Office 365, Kerboodle or Sparx).
  • Either your network username, or your full name and year group.

In the case of Office 365 password resets, we can either send details to a parents registered email address or to a nominated teacher.

General IT support

When emailing staff for help with the software or websites used in school try to include as many details as possible, as this will help us to troubleshoot.  Include the following if relevant to your issue:

  • Which software you are using
  • Which browser (if you are having trouble accessing a website)
  • Which hardware you are using (laptop, tablet, PC)
  • Which operating system (eg. Windows, Mac OS, Android)
  • Screenshot or details of any errors you receive (include error code)
