The Purbeck School Students Give Back: Over 800 Easter Eggs Donated to Local Charities

In a heart-warming display of community spirit and kindness, students from the Purbeck School have come together to provide a generous donation of over 800 Easter eggs to two deserving local charities: Julia’s House and Amelia’s Rainbow. This initiative not only highlights the compassion of the students but also embodies the school’s commitment to fostering a sense of social responsibility amongst the younger generation.

A Community Tradition

The Easter egg donation drive at The Purbeck School allowed students to engage in charitable activities while spreading joy during the festive season. The initiative gained tremendous momentum as students rallied together, encouraging their peers and teachers to contribute to the cause to collect as many eggs as possible to bring a smile to the faces of local children facing challenges.

Benefitting Local Charities

The donations have been split between Julia’s House, a charity that provides hospice care for children with life-limiting illnesses and support for their families, and Amelia’s Rainbow, a foundation dedicated to supporting children with serious health conditions. Both charities work tirelessly to improve the lives of vulnerable children in the local area, and the contributions from The Purbeck School community will make a significant difference.

Happy Easter everyone!
