The Purbeck School has been contacted by the Department for Education (DfE) to help support other schools across the South West.

The DfE identified the school as having exceptional GCSE results, particularly for disadvantaged students. As a result, they would like the school to become part of a group of schools that share their excellent practice with others across the region.

Mr Darley, Headteacher, commented

‘We were delighted to be contacted. Over a number of years, the school has produced excellent GCSE results, and it is lovely to be recognised for this by the DfE. We are keen to help in any way that we can.’
