A level and equivalent qualification results - 14th August 2025

Congratulations to the class of 2025
The Purbeck School is delighted to report some superb achievements by students in their A levels/level 3 qualifications.
Adam Darley, Headteacher commented:
“Well done to all of our A Level students. We are very proud of their achievements and we wish them all the best for the future, whether that be University, an apprenticeship, work, or a gap year. This group of students have been a real credit to the school and we will miss them. They have been a cohort that have exemplified the school ethos of ‘kindness, aspiration, and perseverance’.”
Incredibly, a number of students achieved A-A* grades/Distinction* grades across a number of subject areas – huge congratulations to:
Mikey Johnson, Amy Robertson, Beth Rod, Rowan Moore, Emma Brown, Will Wilkens, Ethan Stacy, Ava Boardman, and Oli Maidman
A whole host of other students achieved exceptional results, in all well over 50% of students received an A*/A/B grade for one or more subject.
Assistant Head and Head of Sixth Form, Simon Holmes, added,
“This group of students have consistently represented the school superbly over the past two years. It has been a privilege for myself and the sixth form team to work alongside them over the past two years. All the best for the future and keep in touch.”
Well done to all and congratulations on your results once again.
