Robotics Workshop with Bournemouth University

Year 8 students participated in a Robotics workshop with Bournemouth University today.  The session combined design, engineering and programming with team work and problem solving skills. Students worked in small teams to program and customise LEGO® EV3 robots to complete a series of tasks. This workshop focuses heavily on the skill shortage in the UK surrounding subjects related to computing, engineering and cyber security.
