Message from the Headteacher
Dear Parent/Carer
Thank you to everyone for your support this week during our first week of lockdown.
Hopefully, your son/daughter has been able to log on and access the remote learning. If not then please do let us know by emailing their tutor or the office.
A reminder that students should be online by 8.45am to meet their tutor in the morning. This is vital as this is when we register the students for the day. Students should then be following their normal timetable.
As indicated in previous correspondence the vast majority of lessons are ‘live’. When a lesson is not ‘live’ it will be clearly explained where work will be left. As of next week students who are in school will require headphones, they will be in computer rooms and completing the ‘live’ lessons that are being followed at home.
We are working with key worker and vulnerable students in the school, but under the current circumstances, with the virus as it is, we would ask that if at all possible you keep your son/daughter at home.
Have a lovely weekend and I will write again next week.
Take care
Adam Darley
