Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Dear Parent/Carer
A quick note from the school as the term draws to a close.
First of all can we thank you all for your support this term, it has been much appreciated. Can I also take this opportunity to publicly thank all of the staff here for their hard work this term. It has been a particularly difficult term due to the disruption caused by Covid, and throughout all members of staff have gone ‘above and beyond’ when required. Finally, we would also like to thank the students, who once again have demonstrated resilience, determination, and compassion.
Tomorrow is the traditional Christmas dress up day for the 6th form. They will be collecting money for a school defibrillator, so if students could bring in some money to donate we would be very grateful. At the same time students will be in Wareham town centre, so please give them a wave and donate if you can.
A reminder that we will be finishing early tomorrow at 12.10pm, buses are picking up at that time. In January we will be returning to school in a staggered way due to the testing, year 11/12/13 on Wednesday 5th; year 7/8 on Thursday 6th; and year 9/10 on Friday 7th.
Finally can we wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Take care
Adam Darley
