M&S is reinventing one of the world’s fastest moving industries. We’re transforming retail at an incredible rate and we’re offering you the opportunity to do the same, right out of school.
Our apprentices are vital to our strategy to digitalise the business, explore evolutionary customer insights and bring innovative new products to market. And in return they’re put on track to becoming a future leader at one of the UK’s best loved brands.
This year, you can join them and choose your own path by applying to one of two very different apprenticeships:
- Retail Management – Gives you more exposure to customers. Teaches you how to run entire stores like an expert.
- Buying and Merchandising – A more commercial view of the market. Shows you how to source products and make profit.
The top-class training and support on our programmes will future-proof your career, whichever you choose. However, if you really want to grab our attention, you need to not only have the skills to think up new ideas, but the vision to show us how they can be done. The future needs doers.
