Non-Euclidean Geometry Webinar
The talk will be delivered by lecturer Dr Matthew Craven and will look at the founding assumptions of geometry (e.g., internal angles of a triangle are 180 degrees) and ask what happens when we vary these assumptions. From these we produce interesting non-Euclidean geometries, which turn out to be very useful in the real world.
This talk will last for an hour with time for a Q&A and is aimed at year 10+.
