Charity Touch Rugby Tournament

Dear Parent/Carer,

Next week the PE Department will be running charity touch rugby tournaments on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, at lunchtime on the astro. The main details are on the slide above and I will be explaining this during assemblies this week. The main purpose is to have fun!

Please encourage your child to get involved, no previous rugby experience is necessary – if you can catch, throw and run then you can play! It would be great to see as many students as possible.

Adam Darley, Headteacher, has given me permission to do this to support my Virgin London Marathon appeal for Wooden Spoon; the children’s charity of rugby. Wooden Spoon raise money through the rugby community to support disadvantaged and disabled children in the UK. All money raised by my appeal will remain and be used in West Dorset.
